Description

Behavior is happening all the time. In Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a tool, called the Dead Man’s Test, is used to determine if a behavior is actually a behavior or a state of being. Since behavior is happening most of our waking hours, we are taking data daily. In changing our perspective about behavior, we will begin to look at things differently. One other note to mention is that behavior is not “good” or “bad” and neither are people. In ABA, positive means to add and negative means to take away, just like math! In today’s hands-on experience, you will have the opportunity to collect data with different resources that can be accessed by nearly anyone at a moment's notice.
